Desulfurization Waste Liquor Crude Salt Recovery Unit

Project Overview:This unit utilizes ZKFE’s proprietary salt extraction technology for desulfurization waste liquor. The waste stream, originally an environmental pollutant, is processed through a series of steps, including solvent-based fractional crystallization, to achieve complete separation and recovery of three refined salts for use as industrial-grade products. Steam generated during evaporation and concentration is recovered and reused, while the clarified liquor after salt extraction is returned as makeup water to the desulfurization system. The methanol used as an extractant for sodium thiocyanate is also recycled. The overall process achieves zero liquid discharge.
