200L Complete Reactor System Experimental Unit

200L Complete Reactor System Experimental Unit

Project Overview: This unit is designed for the development of synthesis processes for new photovoltaic materials. The main body of the unit consists of six reactors and associated feed and discharge equipment, instrumentation, and piping systems, including two 200 L stirred reactors, two 20 L stirred reactors, and two 9 L homogenizing reactors. The unit is equipped with a PLC-based control system for automated operation, data acquisition, and process management, with the electrical control cabinet installed on site. The entire system is designed and constructed in accordance with IIC classification standards.

Methanol Oxidative Carbonylation to DMC Pilot Plant

Methanol Residue Stripping Project

Project Overview: This DMC synthesis pilot plant is designed for catalyst evaluation, process parameter exploration, and process data collection in preparation for scale-up to commercial production. The main body of the unit is constructed from 316L stainless steel, with a design pressure of 5 MPa and an operating pressure of 2.2 MPa. The system comprises a feed gas system, a circulating compression system, gas metering and heating systems, a visual reaction unit, and a product separation system. The unit features highly integrated modular operation, rigorous safety interlocks, a high degree of automation, precise data acquisition, and strong reproducibility. Key operating parameters include a high gas circulation rate of approximately 200 Nm³/h, an operating pressure of 2.2 MPa, and a monthly production capacity at the 1-ton scale.
