Olefin Copolymerization Continuous Pilot Plant
Project Overview: This olefin copolymerization continuous pilot plant consists of a vacuum system for water and oxygen removal, feed gas and liquid feed systems for feedstock purification, a reaction system for temperature and level control, and a product handling unit. The main equipment is constructed from 316L stainless steel, with the reactor equipped with a circulating oil bath jacket for precise temperature control. All major instrumentation, piping, and valve fittings are sourced from reputable premium suppliers. Non-standard components are fabricated from corrosion-resistant materials. The unit is equipped with a PLC-based control system and incorporates multiple layers of critical safety interlocks to ensure safe operation of both equipment and personnel.
Alkoxylation Bench-Scale Unit
Project Overview: This alkoxylation bench-scale unit is designed for research on reaction processes involving propylene oxide, ethylene oxide, and similar compounds under catalytic conditions. The unit has a design temperature of 240 °C and a design pressure range of −0.1 to 6 MPa. It is constructed as a laboratory-scale experimental system. Non-standard components are fabricated from corrosion-resistant materials. The unit is equipped with a PLC-based control system and incorporates multiple layers of critical safety interlocks.
